This ADULT building is exceptionally well maintained with great tenants and no drama. It also has secured entry, high efficiency LED lighting and security cameras through-out the building for those who are security conscious. The building also has on-site COINLESS laundry facilities (just load your phone). It also comes complete with a place to organize your hanging clothes as they come out of the dryer. There's a hand-washing station to clean-up or to disinfect your machines before and after use. The laundry room is large enough to double as an indoor bike storage area. We'll be happy to assign a custom bike hang-up (at no extra charge) should you need a place to keep your bike secure and yet easily accessible. If you have an e-Bike, we can arrange outdoor parking for that as well. The building's infrastructure allows you to choose between cable (Cogeco) and Bell Fibe internet services. The rear of the building has two large decks which include a sitting area, pergola and small BBQ for those nice summer days. If you have a vehicle registered in your name, we'll also INCLUDE one (1) parking space. Additional spaces may be available for rent. LOW TRAFFIC ADULT BUILDING As this is an ADULT low-rise building the majority of our units are occupied by single adults of all ages. This means there there is only light traffic in the common areas and no elevators to bottle neck your path to your apartment door.
